Δ The key parts of the machine tool (bed, headstock, bed saddle, sliding plate, tool holder and gearbox) are made of high-strength gray cast iron, which adopts three-stage aging treatment, with stable material performance, high rigid strength, not easy to deform, can withstand heavy cutting and maintain machining accuracy for a long time.  
 

ΔThe bed guide rail is quenched by medium frequency and ground with high precision by precision guide rail grinder,which makes the machine tool have excellent performance ,accuracy retention.PTFE anti-wear soft belt with low friction coefficient is bonded to the friction surfaces of bed saddle and sliding plate guide rail, so as to improve the accuracy of the guide rail and prolong the service life of the machine tool.

ΔThe spindle is made of 45# steel, which is carefully processed after heat treatment. It can withstand high torque and is not easy to deform in gravity cutting.

^ΔThe spindle drive system adopts AC motor. After the speed is reduced by the pulley, it is transmitted to the spindle of the machine tool through the 18 stage speed change of the headstock. The front and rear bearings of the main shaft are domestic well-known brands, which can bear radial force and axial force at the same time.

ΔWhen turning the workpiece, adjust and exchange the position of the gear according to the hanging gear label on the machine tool, so as to achieve the purpose of machining.

ΔA one way overrunning clutch and an overload safety device are installed on the worm shaft. The function of the overrunning clutch is to avoid mutual interference between feed motion and rapid motion. During normal operation, the movement of the lever drives the worm through the face clutch. When the feeding system is overloaded, the end clutch slips and the chute box stops moving, so as to play a safety role.
