Theoretical description of technology realization:

2.Realize decompression and exhaust purposes inside the cylinder through deepening the depth of screw groove.
3.Realize material exhaust through exhaust system to remove moisture in the material and complete dehumidification.

Resin Non Exhaust Molding Exhaust Molding
Nylon 66(in the air for 24 hours without conditions,water content 0.13% Produce (after molding products,water content is 0.17%) The product surface shiny,no silver(after forming,water content is 0.07%)
AS resin Viscous substances attached to the mold and molding products,every injection 20~30 times must clean the mold.The surface of the product has no luster. The production of viscous material,the mold does not need to be cleaned,can ensure the good quality and uniformity of the products.
PC(Maintain unconditional air,no pre drying) Silver appears No silver wire and glossy surface
Polyoxymethylene Formaldehyde odor remains in the molding products,the adhesive material is attached to the mold,the products must be soaked in warm water to deodorize,and the mold must be cleaned every 200 times of injection. No odor,glassy surface,no sticky substance(no need to deodorize and clean mould)
ABS(no pre drying) Produce silver wire(pre drying or hopper dryer is required) The surface of the product is glossy without silver wire(it doesn't have to be dry)
PMMA(no pre drying) Produce silver wire(pre drying or hopper dryer is required) Products are non silver silk,high quality,especially in transparency
Polypropylene Peculiar odor of polypropylene after molding The product has no odor and very glossy surface
