1. Composition of spiral quantitative feeder system

 (1)Mechanical part
      The spiral shell is made of seamless steel tube, carbon steel (Q235),high wear resistance and durability, thickness is not less than 6mm;

      The blade is made of 16Mn material with excellent durability and thickness is not less than 10mm;

 (2) Weighing sensor
     The weighing sensor adopts imported high-precision and high-durable weighing sensor with good stability, sealing ,temperature compensation
     and overload protection functions.

     It's designed reasonably and easy to install.

     It is waterproof and dust-proof,good stability and high sensitivity.

 (3) Weighing instrument
      Weighing instrument adopts YB-WSD1000 intelligent instrument.
