Magnetism Generation: Strong magnets are usually made of special magnetic materials, such as neodymium iron boron. The atomic magnetic moments within these materials will be arranged orderly under certain conditions, generating a powerful magnetic field.
Function of the Magnetic Field: The magnetic stand fixes the strong magnet at an appropriate position on the plastic machine. When the plastic machine is in operation, if metal fragments are generated, these fragments will be within the magnetic field range of the strong magnet. Since metals generally have ferromagnetic or paramagnetic properties, the magnetic domains inside the metals will be magnetized under the action of the magnetic field, making them into small magnets.
Adsorption Process: A magnetic force acts between the magnetized metal fragments and the strong magnet. According to the principle of opposite poles attracting each other, the metal fragments are attracted and adsorbed onto the surface of the strong magnet.
